Affirmative Action Programs

Yes, I do agree with affirmative action prgrams. I agree because I feel that they provide an equal opportunity for every one no matter the sex or race. I think they help because it's giving every one the equal opportunity to do what they want. I also think it helps because it cuts back on the discrimination people have and thins like that. Um, they work in some cases and in other cases it just wouldnt make a difference. Some people are just plain ignorant and nothing will change that but for other people it's different. my take on this is that they should keep pushing the issue and creating these programs. Me being a woman myself and being discriminated because of that makes me want this even more. I want to be able to work in a place with diversity.
